We're seeking an experienced Division Order Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will review title documents, maintain accurate division of interest, and analyze complex revenue and ownership calculations. We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys collaborating across departments and ensuring data accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review Title Opinions, title-related documents, agreements and leases.
- Create and maintain a division of interests and related revenue decks.
- Analyze complex interest calculations, including apportionment and pooling.
- Verify company-owned interest and support partners and landowners with documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and maintain organized electronic files.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong technical skills in MS Office; experience with Spotfire and Power BI is not required, but desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of interpreting lease language for royalty provisions.
- An active member of NADOA is preferred.
- Willing to work on a contract basis.

- Prepare reports on acreage, obligations and rentals.
- Perform consistent, accurate data entry and meet deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and work independently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting leases, assignments and related provisions.
- Strong technical skills in MS Office; experience with Spotfire and Power BI is not required, but desirable.
- Experience with various land systems is desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of interpreting lease language and royalty provisions.
- Active member of NALTA preferred.
- Willing to work on a contract basis.
