With more than 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Paula has held senior leadership roles across E&P companies, legal consulting, and Land Administration services. In her current role, she leads client solutions at Lease Analytics, helping operators turn land and accounting complexity into strategic clarity.

Paula’s career spans the full scope of Land Administration, from Lease Records to Division Orders to acquisitions and divestitures. She has overseen major projects involving federal, state, and tribal lands and has managed large-scale data transitions tied to M&A and compliance reporting.

Known for her technical fluency and leadership, Paula brings deep knowledge of land software systems and data architecture. She has worked with land management tools like Quorum, ESRI/ArcGIS, and IFSLandworks, and more, to streamline land and division order processes and improve decision-making speed.

Paula holds a B.S. from Regis University and is an active member of multiple professional land, title, and energy organizations. She is passionate about delivering structure, consistency, and value to clients managing complex asset portfolios.
